The Manhattan Institute released a new report by senior fellow Benjamin Zycher, entitled “Comparing Public and Private Health Insurance: Would a Single-Payer System Save sufficient to Cover the Uninsured?” In it, Zycher dispels a common misconception regarding single-payer health insurance.
