Kosan Biosciences Incorporated (Nasdaq: KOSN) presented updated details from a Phase 1 clinical trial showing that alvespimycin, its second-generation Hsp90 inhibitor, demonstrated antitumor activity and tolerability in combination with trastuzumab (Herceptin(R)) in patients with refractory
