Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Nasdaq: SPPI) announced that it has begun enrolling patients in its second pivotal Phase 3 registrational trial for EOquin, the Company’s drug candidate for non-invasive bladder cancer. The trial design was reviewed under
